  6. CyberSTrider can now accept US Dollars in cash or cheque form and Euros.
  7. Simply take the total balance and multiply by a factor of 1.65 and 1.50

  11. About the scheme
  12. ----------------
  13. This scheme was started to encourage authors to produce and support
  14. English versions of their software and to encourage UK users to 
  15. register quality 'foreign' software. It now covers software on various 
  16. platforms: Atari, PC, Mac, Linux and BeOS and has expanded to include 
  17. commercial software and printed magazines. The scheme however is not 
  18. only for UK users: anyone in any country can register via this scheme. 
  19. I would personally like to thank Joe Connor (InterActive) for the 
  20. inspiration behind me starting this scheme.

  75. If you require Masterdisks please add 2 UKP per program, or 1.60 UKP 
  76. per program if registering 5+ programs. Please note the different 
  77. postage and packing details for commercial items.
  78. 1) Use the included ORDER_FM.TXT to select required products
  79. 2) Make a Cheque/Postal Order payable to CYBERSTRIDER for the total
  80. 3) Don't forget to include your details
  81. 4) Send completed order form and payment to CyberSTrider

  90. - A cheque payable in *Pounds Sterling* drawn on a *UK* bank address
  91. - A Eurocheque
  92. - An international Post Office Girocheque payable in *Pounds Sterling*
  93. - An international money order payable in *Pounds Sterling*
  94. - A cheque in your own currency (add 7UKP to the total fee for bank
  95.   charges)
  96. - Cash - in Pounds Sterling, Dollars and DMs. Send cash at your own
  97.   risk... and in a Registered Letter!

  116. All (non-upgrade-fee) shareware updates can be retrieved from my web pages.

  121. While we welcome and attempt to answer all e-mail, the response to the 
  122. support scheme is quite overwhelming and our mailboxes fill up very 
  123. quickly. Please forgive us if we do not always reply promptly to your 
  124. messages. We do read all incoming e-mail, and keep track of all bugs 
  125. that are reported. If you do not hear back from us, it most likely 
  126. means that we do not have anything helpful to tell you yet.

  128. CyberSTrider business runs from 8pm-10pm weekdays. All members of the 
  129. team have other commitments and full time jobs in which they earn a 
  130. living.

  132. It can take us up to 28 days to process a registration from the date 
  133. we receive it (please factor in the delivery time for snail-mail). 
  134. Keep in mind that some registrations can get lost in the mail on the 
  135. way to us. Also, sometimes the e-mail reply can get lost as well. Your 
  136. cheques will not be cashed until we have fulfilled your order.
